rogue rootbeer

based on brewer Arlen Harris' family recipe given to him by his grandfather.
found: rogue brewery's located in OR and WA
size: pint size glasses

I liked it for many reasons such as the color, delivery, flavor, temp. It's not spicy or super sweet. It is mild with a great full finish. It has low carbonation. I had the draft which was dark. The staff recommended to try it in a root beer float.
color: dark 10
taste (sweetness ,flavor, etc):A hint of sweetness with a strong crisp body of sarsaparilla but not spicy. 10
carbonation: very low with a long drink ability time without going flat. 10
smell: vanilla sarsaparilla
head: when first poured 1/8 inch of head. Head diminished very quickly.  5
delivery (draft ,bottle ,or can): draft in a glass (non-mug). Room temp- but you could not drink it any other way it just would not be the same. 10
You may find this awesome root beer at Rogue Public House in Eugene, Oregon
