Dad's Old fashioned Root Beer
Dad's Root Beer was created in the 1930s by Barney Berns and Ely Klapman in the basement of Klapman's Chicago-area home. Dad's was officially a company on February 14, 1937. Dad's earned a loyal following. Dad's Dad's became very popular in the 1940's. Jules Klapman, son of co-founder Ely, successfully made Dad's brand international. The name Dad's Old Fashioned Root Beer was selected in honor of Ely Klapman's father, and other fathers who made root beer at home for their families.

Hopworks imperial root beer
Christian Ettinger the owner of hopworks pub has been a brew master for 12 years. For many of those years he spent trying to ind a theme for his restaurant. Soon, he found one, the hub of a bicycle.
He soon used the hub as the name of his restaurant and soon to be a largely known brew of Oregon. The hub of a bike inspired many of his brews and the taste of his food.
